ROLUUN រលូន ("we," "our," or "us") is a mobile application designed for store owners in Cambodia to manage products, employees, walk-in sales, and delivery orders. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about the data we handle.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the ROLUUN mobile application and website, why we collect it, and how we protect it. By using ROLUUN, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Short version: ROLUUN only collects what is needed to run your store. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.

3 App Permissions

ROLUUN requests only the permissions strictly necessary to deliver core functionality. Below is an explanation of each permission requested on Android and iOS.

Internet Access

Required to sync your store data (products, orders, employees) with our cloud servers, enabling real-time updates across devices and keeping your data backed up.

Used only when you choose to take a photo to upload as a product image or store logo. The camera is never activated in the background.

Used only when you choose to select an existing photo from your device to use as a product image or store logo. No files are read or modified without your action.

Local Storage

Used to cache your store data for offline access, so the app remains usable when internet connectivity is limited. Cached data is stored securely on your device.

Camera & Files: ROLUUN only accesses the camera or your photo library when you explicitly tap the "Upload Image" button. We never read, copy, or transmit any file from your device without your direct action. Uploaded images are stored on our secure servers solely to display your product catalog.

You may revoke camera or storage permissions at any time through your device's Settings app. Revoking these permissions will only affect image upload functionality — the rest of the app will continue to work normally.
